There are actually several options to choose from to cure Pimple fast. You may either choose to use creams and ointments with a certain bacteria fighting ingredient or may go natural. It all depends on you. As you read along, I will walk you through the fastest way possible representing natural and medication. You have to keep in mind that professional consultation should be done first before using anything.

The fastest way to cure Pimple the natural way is by using lemon juice and rose water. Both have anti bacterial content which attacks the bacteria causing the Pimple to swell and reproduce. Lemon also has strong and potent acid content which sips right through the Pimple killing reaching the source. First thing you have to do is to wash your face with cold water. Wipe of your face with clean cloth. Extract the juice of one lemon and mix it with rose water in equal parts. Rose water is made by simply crushing the rose petals and adding it in cold water. Apply the lemon juice and rose water on face and let it stay there for fifteen minutes before rinsing with cold water. Perform this regimen once in the morning and once before bedtime at least four times a week.

Should you wish to go the medicated way then this is the fastest option. You may find Pimple creams in drug stores with Benzoyl Peroxide as one of the ingredients. Benzoyl Peroxide is known to be a chemical for fighting bacteria causing Pimple breakouts. It is important to get a cream or ointment with 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide content as the 5% is too strong and potent. Too much exposure to Benzoyl Peroxide may cause skin allergy because of its potency. Apply to the infected and affected area twice a day preferably in the morning and evening. It is also important to apply a moisturizer with collagen after using the cream with active Benzoyl Peroxide content as it is also known to dry the skin. It can also make your skin red after prolonged exposure to a higher Benzoyl Peroxide content.

Stages of Pimple

Pimple can be categorized into four levels, or grades. Determining the grade of pimple is done by an inspection of the skin. Specific criteria are used to classify pimple symptoms and determine the grade. These include:
The types of non inflamed comedomes on the skin
The types of inflamed comedomes on the skin
The amount of breakout activity present
The different areas of the body that are affected by pimple
The amount of skin inflammation (if there is any)
One of the most important steps in successfully treating pimple is first determining the grade of pimple that is present. Once the grade is known the different treatment methods can be explored and the most effective pimple treatment applied.
Treatments can range from home based pimple remedies, natural pimple treatment or even herbal pimple treatment.
Grade 1 Pimple
This is the mildest form of pimple. There is no inflammation present with Grade 1 Pimple and there will be small pimples that appear in small numbers and very occasionally. Blackheads can be present.
Early adolescence usually sees the onset of Grade 1 pimple. The common areas affected are the nose and forehead regions. Milia are also commonly found in the chin and eye area. Adults can also experience Grade 1 Pimple.
Grade 1 pimple can be treated very successfully at home. Over the counter products (non prescribed products) can be used to treat it with a systematic 3 part approach:
1. Facial Wash - Ensure you are washing the affected area twice a day with a mild cleanser. This will unclog your pores, remove excess sebum (oil), eradicate whiteheads and blackheads and allow faster healing.
2. Attack Pimple at its roots - Take a herbal supplement to attack the pimple at its source. This will reduce inflammation, swelling, redness and assist in treating any pimple scarring.
3. If your skin begins to peel due to the drying nature of pimple products you can apply an oil free cream. This will assist in removing impurities and excess sebum whilst moisturizing your skin and giving it a healthy look.
Proactively treating pimple while it is still in the Grade 1 stage will help prevent it from moving into the Grade 2 phase.
Grade 2 Pimple
This is considered to be moderate pimple. Blackheads and Milia will be present on the skin in increased numbers. Papules and Pustules will also begin to form in Grade 2 pimple. Inflammation of the skin will start to be present and greater breakout activity will start to appear.
The spread of pimple can being to move in this phase from the forehead and nose area to the shoulders, chest and also the back.
Grade II pimple, just like Grade 1, can be treated at home using over the counter products. Treating your body internally with a herbal supplement and cleansing on a daily basis are recommended.
It is possible for Grade 2 pimple to progress and move into Grade 3 pimple. The chance of this happening are increased if you squeeze or pick at the pimples.
Grade 3 Pimple
Grade 3 pimple is viewed as severe pimple. During Grade 3 your skin will be visibly inflamed and reddened. Whilst Papules and Pustules are still present the formation of nodules will begin.
The affected ares during Grade 3 include the face, back, shoulders, chest and neck. Due to the pimple spreading and moving deeper the likelihood of suffering from pimple scarring increases.
It would be recommended to seek a consultation with a dermatologist for the treatment of Grade 3 pimple. Grade 3 pimple could also progress and become Grade 4 pimple.
Grade 4 Pimple
This is the most severe form of pimple and is sometimes referred to as cystic pimple.
Papules, Pustules and Nodules will be present on the sin. However, Cysts will begin to form whilst the breakouts experienced and the level of inflammation is severe.
The extent of cystic pimple can cover the face, chest, back, upper arms and the shoulders. In all likelihood it will lead to pimple scarring.
It is highly recommended to consult a dermatologist if you suffer from Grade 4 pimple.

It may be small comfort if you have pimple, but 80 percent of adolescents get it. For many of the adolescents with pimple, they will be free of it by the time they are in their twenties. Adult women are more apt to suffer pimple with 54 percent of them having outbreaks from time to time. Only 40 percent of adult men have pimple attacks. Caucasians are more prone to pimple than Asians or Blacks.
Pimple in adult women is a different type of pimple than adolescents suffer. It usually involves papules and pustules on the chin, nose, mouth and jaw areas. There are no blackheads. There is a theory that because this is more prevalent in women than men, it is caused by external things such as makeup, prescription drugs, and chemicals. There is also the theory that it is hormone related and the hormones increase the sebaceous secretion and more sebum is produced. This is the oily secretion that is supposed to keep your skin lubricated.
If there is too much oily secretion, it can clog your pores, and since your body likes to keep everything in balance, it will send cells to fight back the increase in the sebum. The next thing you know, the sebum producing glands are fighting back and the result is pimple. Some experts suggest that doctors check for hormonal changes such as polycystic ovary syndrome as this can create an imbalance that agitates the sebum secretion glands.
In other words, pimple is not always the same. Adolescent pimple and adult pimple may have different causes and therefore may not need the same treatment. If what worked for you as a teenager no longer works, it is likely because your pimple has a different cause now.
Pimple is usually treated by two types of doctors, dermatologists and pediatricians. Both types of doctors deal with teenagers but only dermatologists treat adults. In a study of pimple patients between 1996 to 2005, there were about 28 million visits by patients between 10 and 18 years of age. A little over 18 million of these visits were to dermatologists and 4.6 million went to pediatricians and 5.3 million visits were to other types of doctors.
